We stayed here a couple of days in January 2023. The location is remote but beautiful. The service was good and the staff were polite and friendly. The food was good as well. If you want to detach from your busy life and stay connected to nature, this is one place i will recommend.

Wonderful experience. Very beautiful resort with all amenities. No words to explain the beauty of this place. It was such a heavenly experience. Lovely ambience surrounded by hills and waterfalls. View from the pool was mind-blowing. Quality and taste of food was great. Excellent staffs & hospitality. We felt very comfortable all time during our stay. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Moon Hill resort at Mankulam is an excellent place to stay in absolute tranquility. Ideal for families. Away from the Munnar crowd, twenty villas, swimming pool, garden, all with a natural setting very near to the forest area. Though the villas have cooking facilities, we preferred their restaurant. Food is very good, made according to our choices with vegetables and other spices mostly grown in their own premises. The attitude and behaviour of the manager and other staff members are commendable. Highly committed and service oriented approach make the guests happy and comfortable. They will facilitate sightseeing trips on local jeeps. Fresh water streams, waterfalls, spice gardens are there in the neighborhood. Altogether it was a memorable experience for me and my family. Would love to stay there for a longer time during our next visit.

Well mannered & friendly employees. I love the place because they treated me as a friend. I asked so many questions but they didn't hesitate to answer. ESPECIALLY THE FOOD IS AWESOME. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE GOOD FOOD IN SUCH A REMOTE PLACE. ABOUT A PRICE IT'S REASONABLE. I LOVE IT❤️ . Thank you for giving the wonderful stay & experience. Keep doing it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
