Scammer alert. They are scammers. This is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Service is worst, staff is very rude and rooms are too dirty. Auto rickshaw drivers have tied up with this hotel. They will pick you up from the railway station and tell you that this hotel is very good and all. And you will end up in hell. They charged me 2400 ₹ (after negotiation) for 2 days without a bill. And then I went to the room which was very dirty, the washroom was dirty. And then i asked them if don't want to stay cause i had an emergency (i had to go somewhere else). It was only 1 hr and they said a full day amount will be charged. I said it is only 1hr you are charging for the whole day Although i offered them to charge for half a day, he denied (he was very rude in talking and was yelling like he has no manners on how to run the hotel) . And Charged 1200 ₹for 1 hr only, after that i asked them for the mineral water but they gave a bottle whose seal was opened when i asked them, the waiter said it is normal water. But After that he charged me for the mineral water only. The only word i will use them is they are scammers, doing fraud to every customer whoever is coming. I recommend that no one should go there otherwise you will also be cheated in the same way. The worst worst experience i ever had in a hotel is the HOTEL MAURYAN REGENCY (bhopal).

Very pathetic services there is no water bottle within the room washroom is also dirty bed and pillow very dirty overall hotel services was very bed I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and those who are reading this review please don’t book this hotel

Place is full of scammer they charged me 5k for 3 days GST including and when I told them I require a GST bill as I need to provide it to company then they told ok we will provide you when you check out, on time of check out, they asked to get bill; you need to pay GST and asked my company GST and pay 1650 extra as an tax, after long argument when I told my company employee will reclaim GST just provide your GST bill he told first pay 600 as GST after paying amount they provided me fake bill amounting 4998, I have all proof of transactions as I have Payed them online and here is a pic of their fake bill where they didn’t even mention CGST and SGST charges, foolish enough to sign document.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
