Best hospitality. Wonderful view from room balcony. Room service is perfect. Nice location to stay. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Staff is very courageous. I enjoyed with family during last 03 days stay in Mount Himalayan, Gangtok. All is well……👌❤️

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a complete comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were quite friendly and helpful. Pros: Good food Clean room Big geyser Hot water throughout Spacious room Good location close to the market Cons: No microwave to heat food No heater in the room No exhaust in the toilet No iron Traffic noise disturbance at night Overall we had a good time at the hotel.

Good place. Clean rooms. Good food. Great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend staying there Suggestion for the hotel Please do not spoil the experience of your hotel by disturbing your guests by repeatedly calling for feedback. They will give feedback when they can. It must not be difficult to understand that people have other things to do!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and here is my review Pros: 1. Restaurant food was good Cons: 1. Being a cold place they charge heater at 500 rupees a day, which makes absolutely no sense. However the receptionist was kind to waive it off during checkout. This should be provided by default. 2. Though I clearly selected 2 adults and 2 kids they gave a super small room and asked me to upgrade. I got pissed and questioned the use of MMT searches, but the receptionist was kind to give me a free upgrade 3. Tv remote didn’t work and housekeeping folks had no idea to fix it 4. Buffet was terrible for breakfast

Stayed here for 3 nights . Room was good, great view from the room. Room service was on time. Break fast had good options and good taste. Coming to cons, no heater in the room. room cleaning didn't happen daily , not so clean matress but ok .bathroom is small but ok doesn't have exhaust , please add exhaust. Dinner/ lunch was ok. Only Biryani and steam rice didn't like , may be the oil used in the biryani was different and steam rice was under cooked. Rest of the food was ok . We were there during weekend . The restaurant is located below and there was huge party and we could here lot off noise people singing and music. Expected to be quiet after 10pm atleast. Should use sound proofing in the rooms already so that noise doesn't get in. The hotel is located around 5kms away from MG marg, so need to take red taxi. Note that it is 40rs per person in taxi and you need to mention metro (not tadong) while returning from MG marg. Was fooled by taxi drive ok first day when traveling from hotel to mg Marg he told 250rs for 2 finally took 150rs. Be aware of the prices, they might charge extra at times. If the hotel is located near to mg Marg 1-2 kms would be better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
