A beautiful experience! The food and service was top tier . My friends really enjoyed it. The activities in the resort was also a really good experience. The place is really worth the visit. Not to mention the view , it's breathtaking.

All rooms are lake facing. Rooms had a good size balcony. Place is in the jungle, so breakfast and dinner have to be planned at the hotel. Hence we had taken such a plan. The buffet spread was good for Veg and Non veg both and delicious. Had the local flavours as well as regular food.

The best and one of the most luxurious resorts i have ever been so far. The location is just perfect with breathtaking view of the hills and the banasura dam backwater directly available from the room balcony. Even the buggy service experience, private pool, food all of them were extraordinary. I had a wonderful honeymoon time spent with my wife here. And I will cherish this memory throughout my life. I had visited this place in August month.

It was really amazing to Stay in this peninsular property surrounded with beautiful mountains and lakes. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained with amazing room/balcony view of Lake and mountains .Loved it !!! Another great thing is quick Buggy service to reach anywhere inside the property and drivers were very friendly . But food quality disappointed us. Food varieties and quality is not upto the standard of this property , it’s just near to average. Another area of improvement needed is 3 KM off-road which makes the journey really tired at the end . It would be great to provide flood light in outdoor play area which restricts to play after 6 pm .

One of the best Resorts and have a great ambiance. It is relly calm and peaceful place. The surprise factor was it comes with daily Yoga class conducted at a quiet environment by a yoga instructor who is really good and supportive. He has knowledge of a lot of yoga positions and is really flexible. Overall a great place to be for a vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
