The hotel was amazing! The vibe was perfect, so cozy and fancy. The food was not just tasty; it was like a flavor explosion, and they gave you plenty. The service was super friendly and quick, making everything stress-free. The rooms were comfy, and the staff made you feel really taken care of. Overall, it's a top-notch spot if you want a relaxing stay with awesome food and great service.Highly recommend!

I stayed here for two days. I would very much like to give good rating but I can't. As the property isn't worth the money. On the other hand the service is absolutely delightful. They helped me and wife with everything, but the property itself is of low quality. Cold air was entering in the rooms making it very cold inside. The room didn't have attached heater, so we had to call the reception everytime we needed hot water. We stayed on the third floor, their water pump was always on, making it difficult to sleep. They did turn it off after request late at night, but again started it in the morning which is obvious. Food is decent. Room walls are thin, so if anyone shouts a bit, you'll hear it. The management is doing great work, but they can't change the building, can they? Go for it only it is around 2k, else not worth it.

Our stay at Mukund villas was pleasant. Commuting to places of interest was smooth and quite near. Food, Pool, Rooms and Ambience were excellent. Overall an excellent hotel to stay. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family too. The staff were polite and service was excellent 👌

Staff was very cooperative. I was stayed in this Hotel 1st time. Television and remote not working properly. Telephone is also faulty. Bathroom is very congested. Fan is giving noise. I have demanded hair oil, saving kit and dental kit but staff was denying clearly. They have not any juice at the time of breakfast in buffet. Totally my exprience was not good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
