The resort is good. The rooms they provide are a variety. It's a 2 storey cottage with a bedroom on the 1st floor and the rest of the amenities on the ground floor. The food is good, but they provide only a buffet option for dinner. They even charged half price for a 7 year old kid which I felt was a bit higher. There is no scenic view from the resort and even though it was not that cold, I'm not sure if it is because of the season.

Its a good place and location.. however not very professionally managed it seems. No offences here, but the team was not ready for guests it seems. Specially after a long drive, food is important.. They made to order and very below average. Taste was off, there was egg shell in the food (Chilli chicken) and rice was undercooked. The staff overall was very nice to us. All requests were handled well. Would have been great to get some chairs outside. But not an issue as such. Breakfast buffet was decent (regular stuff). Overall, I truly believe there is opportunity to improve your food. Regards

So. BUCKLE UP PEOPLE, it's time for an honest review. We stayed in this resort for two whole days. The stay was, uh.. Location-wise, the resort is perfect. It is quite near to many landmarks and easily accessible. It should be noted that the view from most of the rooms does not face towards the mountains/valley. Our view was obstructed by trees. They are quite understaffed. In my 3 days and 2 nights of staying I have only seen 5-6 staff members. The servers at the restaurant also manage the lobby and clean outside. Our room was not cleaned for two days straight. We contacted the room service and even placed the sign but unfortunately our room was still not cleaned. Water bottles were not placed. New towels were also not given. On the last day of our stay, during checkout we overheard someone complaining about the dirty yellow water they got from the shower. Fortunately, we did not face such a difficulty. I would rate it 2/5.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the hills, tea estates, valleys and feel the cool breeze. There are lots of activities you can do such as off road driving, waterfalls, forests, hot air ballon, horse / elephant rides, enjoy local fruits and food. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must also mention that the resort restaurant food was very fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and highly recommend this place.

Had booked the rooms seeing the good reviews but was extremely disappointed. The rooms are dated and nothing works. Even the door handle wasn't fixed. The food had no taste and was repetitive. The only good thing was the location and the view. Would be good if they renovated their rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
