I would not recommend this hotel for the price. No mention of how inaccessible this hotel actually is, although it says it's close to my MG Marg it is actually really difficult to get here with luggage, no cab is willing to drop you since it is a one way and a mall construction is going on. The room that we got initially barely had any light, once we asked for a change they gave us a deluxe upgrade which was marginally better. Extremely cold rooms, no heater facility. Surprising to see the positive reviews. Service was the only good thing.

Big room, but dark and gloomy. Not much light at all! Food was kinda yucky. Not many choices either (4 options with 5 items each, out of which 2 items under each option were Banana and Juice). Food was getting delivered in the room. Other hotels provide multiple tasty options in their restaurant where you can eat whatever you want. Wasted my money by including breakfast cost. No elevator! Had to climb all the stairs with my bags. Way too expensive for what you get. More like a 1-star hotel, not a 3-star like they say.

We booked the hotel delamare central for our large family group tour, we had an amazing stay over there, although the rooms are little dark and cold but it spacious, cozy and comfortable equipped with all necessary amenities. Services were excellent we would like to specially thank Ms Pema Sherpa for her excellent cooperation and polite behaviour. We would love to stay at this property again 👍

This was great experience to stay at Muscatel Delamare. Specially Mr. Deepak from front desk was so helpful. They gave me super Deluxe room instead Deluxe room as i have checked in 3 hours earlier. I would highly recommend Muscatel Delamare

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
