The rooms are ok. Toilets have some drainage issues, otherwise the rooms look quite good. The curtains were not clean though. They have bed warmers available, but not heaters. The geyser worked fine. It's slightly in a desolate place, though about 10minutes walking distance from mall road, so not a problem if you're traveling with your family or friends. For a solo female traveller like me, the location of the hotel felt a little too far at first. But I got excellent service from the staff. I was even upgraded to a better room, with a hill view. Staff are really nice and kind. I've felt very safe staying here.

This place is not suitable for people who are not adventurous. The approach road is steep. Service is very poor, this hotel is under staff like all other Muscatel Properties, they don't have a kitchen in this hotel, all food comes from another muscatel property nearby, breakfast is pathetic with less to no choice at all. Very bad experience. Please don't go for the ratings. I think this Hotel has lost its charm in recent times since a new property is coming up nearby which hinders the view it had before its existence. Please don't book this hotel. The staffs are cordial, but that is not enough.

Room was not clean, service was pathetic, we ordered veg Chinese combo, but they gave non veg Chinese combo. For breakfast complimentary, they either use to forget few items or despite giving instructions about any customisation they never use to do despite agreeing to do so. Taste of food was also below average. And also the location of the hotel is not good. It is located on very steep location, climbing to the hotel location is in itself a harsh task and cabs do not have well parking place outside the hotel. Very horrible experience

Horrible experience from this resort till my all travel experiences . You should not book it by it's rating . I am sharing my experience in details 1)All the stuffs are not good and some staffs literally don't know how to behave with a guest. 2) I stayed in a delux room at first they gave me room no 101 that was really bogus geyser was not working properly , shower was also damaged working poorly , toilet tap was also damaged after a request they changed the room and shifted to 102. 3) Food delivery was also horrible someday they say food is not available as delivery boy is not available then on the next they delivered breakfast 45 min after ordering a simple omlette and butter toast 4)The location of the resort is very bad no view available except the roof and you have to climb almost 200 Mt uphill to reach there . As a whole they don't deserve the rating and the fare what they demand.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
