I have stayed in this hotel for 2 times and it is the best one I have ever been to, the view is to die for. The staff is polite and very welcoming to everyone. The food is amazing and they get your food just in time. The hotel also offers to drive you to the glorious market of this place and you can give them a call when you’re done and they’ll be on their way to pick you up from there. The money you’re paying for this place is so worth it. I can say that the next time whenever I visit, this place will be my go to stay.

Very good, scenic & peaceful location, less than 1 km away from Library chowk (Mall road). Hotel provides free pick up & drop for Library chowk, Mall road(7 am to 11 pm). Rooms were good with beautiful view and equipped with necessary items. Staff was extremely helpful with best possible service. You can also request for day tour cabs without any hassle. We booked for 2 days and it was good. We mostly had breakfast & dinner - very good taste.

Hotel location is just 1km from the Mall road.Rooms were spacious and clean. All the rooms in hotel have mountain view. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful. They also provide free pickup & drop off facility from Mall road to Hotel. Absolutely the best hotel to stay in Mussoorie.

We stayed for couple of days. Rooms were clean and tidy and with beautiful views. No complaints about anything. They provide free pick-up and drop till Library Bus stop since it's kind of a uphill of 1km till the mall road. But the cab service helps. Good food available at the in house restaurant. Definitely recommend to stay. Special mention that they helped to get a cab to Dehradun in a maddening traffic scenario.

I stayed in Mussoorie Gateway, it was very good experience to stay there, location was perfect, just before mall road and they provide free pickup and drop to mall road. Their services are amazing. Just one point related to the room, they used very strong room freshness, room was neat and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
