The property is well built has a good parking also.It was wonderful experience in hotel M.v Acosta Property is amazing, beautiful and very peaceful. If you are a nature lover and wants some space on the mountains this place is for you. Rooms are luxurious and service is nice. Most importantly people are kind and friendly.Such a perfect place Amazing view Amazing service Love the staff Well Maintained property Most amazing room Value for money . Really wanna thank the hotel staff for such great hospitality

1. They didn't give basic things like toothbrush and toothpaste on Saturday. 2. Hotel didn't have a hair drier. 3. Last 2 days we didn't get hot water to take bath. We complained yesterday and they said they'll make sure hot water is available today. But, even today it was only cold water. Had to call the reception 3 times to complaint again. They said they'll check, but nothing happened. We were getting late to the airport so had to take bath in cold water again. 4. We had asked them to clean the room on Saturday. After cleaning, they didn't lock the room. What if any of our items were stolen? Who would've been responsible then?The door was closed but it was never locked!! 5. Breakfast options were very limited and they don't serve on time. On Saturday we waited till 9 am for breakfast to start and this impacted our sight seeing plans. After we have checked out and traveling to airport, now they are asking me to pay 1500 extra for heater! Overall a very disappointing experience which ruined our vacation.

Rooms are spacious and food is really amazing. The only issue we had here was the pungent smell in bathroom. Also, the staff there is a bit mis managed. Location wise it is a goodcatch if you don´t aim to only stroll mall road.

The hotel is situated in a serene location and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent food, and friendly staff. Overall, M.V Acosta Hotel is a great option for those looking for a luxury stay in Mussoorie with beautiful views and excellent amenities Awesome experience. Nice clean 5* facilities. Helpful staff and room service
