My stay at My Seaside Hotel near Baga Beach in Goa was quite disappointing. The hotel staff lacked professionalism, from not providing basic amenities like towels to the owner's son displaying embarrassing behavior with a lack of manners. Adding to the frustration, the staff refused to take responsibility for our rented vehicles, leading to chaos in the parking area. What made matters worse was the owner's son and his friends taking our rented Scooty from the parking to other areas without permission, creating a very unpleasant situation. The person at the reception, presumably managing the hotel, didn't have good manners, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. Their limited presence, only for collecting room rent at 12 o'clock daily, and the absence of any assistance further added to the dissatisfaction. In summary, My Seaside Hotel fell short of basic standards. The unprofessional conduct, disregard for guest satisfaction, and lack of accountability make it my worst hotel experience. I strongly discourage choosing this hotel in Goa, as there are undoubtedly better alternatives. My disappointing experience, including the unauthorized use of our rented Scooty, should serve as a warning for others considering this place.

Honestly Good place to stay near beach. Looking a somebad reviews, feel not to book, but i was wrong. Sea side team was wonderful they made my trip. My personal suggestions don't go as per review. Nice Budget hotel for stay near beach.

It's very near to baga. Rooms were good. Staff and owner were too friendly. Always talked with a smile. It was a pleasant stay.

Staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in at 10 am we got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait so this was a big plus The service was exceptional as well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
