A perfect getaway from city Hussle. Well managed space, infrastructure is good, spacious rooms and food is ok. So here’s my take on this place. Resort: Resort is located at old lonavala Road 10 to 15 min distance from Lonavala Market. The entrance of the resort gives you a pleasant feeling with huge trees surrounding it. One can take a nice walk/run/jog around the property whenever you feel like also there is a small lake with boat however it’s not operational. Mystica has a decent swimming pool ( I would say it’s a small swimming pool if there is 15 people in the pool you will feel it’s crowded). This is a perfect place for wedding / cooperate events etc. You have decent parking area inside the resort Room: The room in which we stayed was nice and clean with all adequate toiletries in bathroom. Games/Activity: Play cricket or football if you like around the grass area. They have a gym for which you have to pay extra. Staff: The hotel staff is friendly and kind My Overall experience was nice.

Had been here as part of team outing! The place is really well placed and you can see the mountains at the backyard. We played some outdoor games and they provided starters which included sandwiches and onion pakoras. Food was good. They also provide space for marriage and other family gatherings. One can definately plan a group outing once here.

Each room is unique and has its own style and offers maximum comfort to relax on your time away from routine. The resort is stylish and has done a great job of fusing modern international design with a hint of local flavour to make it every traveller's dream stay. Each room is equipped with all modern amenities and have an unmatched view of the pool, natural lake and hills that will make waking up in the morning worth it. If you're looking for a unique experience, book their House Boat Barbeque Restaurant where you can cook your own kebabs on your table. It is ideal for a date or a family get-together where you will experience tranquillity at its best. For the young-hearted and kids, hit up the lagoon swimming pool with a small waterfall that overlooks the pool. There are a lot of other recreational activities for the kids too, that can keep them busy while you pause from routine. If you're a fitness freak, Mystica Resorts has you covered with their in-house health club. You’ll enjoy relaxing rooms that offer a flat screen TV, a refrigerator, and air conditioning, bringing comfort and convenience to your visit. The hotel features 24-hour front desk and room service. Nice property but badly maintained. Food is pathetic. They could not arrange Breakfast for 34 people. Breakfast came in part & parcel . We end up having bread butter. Room service is bad.. rooms are poorly lit. DJ was arranged on the stage as one is not supposed to dance on the grass... So it was like performing on the stage... The only good thing was the people friendly pets they have in the farm.

It's a good place to visit but need to do maintainance more also the room service is poor and needs lots of improvements , bathroom doesn't have exhaust window. Food quality is excellent and cost at par. To and fro from hotel to city @ 150rs each time is expensive so you need your own vehicle. Activities in a resort are missing so feels like a normal hotel and not a resort

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
