We did not stay at this hotel, we just used it to break our fast. Food was outstanding. Service very friendly and speedy. Cost was worth the food, although it could have been less expensive.

They need to improve the following things. Proper room service Good/clean water supply instead of mud water Timely and quickly hot water supply instead of waiting for 30 minutes to get a on bucket water, that will be also mud water Pantry service noise issue near to the room over the full night Quality of beds At least a Fan for a morning stay Proper car parking Good quality of electrical switches( very old switches and risky for children) Good towels ( it was very bad) Need to provide Toothbrush kid Need to provide Locker facility Expensive food but no taste

Ambience, location and hygiene is spot on however parking is an issue especially during long weekends. There are 3 inbuilt restaurants serving indian,chienese and continental.Book in advance to find cost effective rentals.

Hotel is very nice with center location of Ooty...very clean and attractive ambience but.. But....it's manager is not having politeness .. he behaved very rudely with us...and replied in angry mood. He doesn't know to Converse with smile and politeness.. I APPEAL TO AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THIS NEGATIVENESS OF YOUR NICE HOTEL INTO POSITIVEMESS. I highly appreciate the rest of staff's service and behaviour

This was very good place to stay. They should upgrade the things they are providing in room. Overall rooms are spacious. Hotel is in good location. Good surrounding.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
