Honestly speaking I loved their hospitality.. They have provided me what ever I asked them for. The manager is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water is available from 6am to 10am. They will provide a bucket of hot water if we need them in emergency. But they don't offer extra leverages like kettle, coffee powders, food orders from outside.

We had visited Ooty for a family vacation. We had booked the room 1 day in advance. Check In time is 8 AM. We had the poorest experience of our life. Poorest quality of service. Manager says he has 30 years of experience in hospitality sector to provide the poorest quality of service. The room stay did not have proper lights. Hot water was available but normal water stopped all of a sudden which was not fixed throughout our stay of 2 days. No water supply for washroom. We sought help from manager for sightseeing. He CHEATED us by charging 500 per person whereas other passengers were charged 300-350. Food in the restaurant attached is not tasty. Also food is expensive. The Menu has so many items listed but only South Indian tiffin items available. Please do not opt for this Hotel even if it the only option available. Certainly not for family.

Good rooms.. Good service. But Only things is 🅿 space was a little bit problem for suv type cars. Otherwise it's excellent.. Pure vegetarian Foods only served , there is an restaurant inside and its really great.

Worst service. Manager is a CHEATER. One will waste their money if they opt to stay here. They set the poorest standard of service although Manager has 30 years of experience in hospitality industry.

Worst hotel please don’t stay in this hotel…they took extra charge from us than what they are saying to other guests…worst washroom…no water also…and 5000/- per night they took from reception…when called and asked whats the price pretending as a new guest they said 2500/- but they took 5000/- worst with no facilities

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
