I’m delighted to share this review. This place is not just a hotel, it’s a place for people with beautiful soul! Thanks to the hotel owners! They are extraordinarily nice, giving you a feeling being a part of a family! Personal is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very cozy and natural, the food is delicious and healthy which is pretty much rare in most of the hotels that provide buffet breakfasts. Nice pool area, beautiful interior, very relaxing and inspiring environment. Location is perfect, right on the beach. Also they provide yoga classes, meditations, sound healing and other spiritual activities. People look so happy here. Quiet and peaceful place, which makes me smile :) highly recommend

I have been to Nalanda resort for the second time in one year, as it is so beautiful and lovely, peaceful, with amazing food. I have been doing drop in yoga. It has a stunning beach view, with lovely sunsets. I had a few massages as they are out of this world. It is a tropical paradise. Highly recommended.

Nalanda resort at Mandram is amazing. The rooms & food is very good is very good. It is on a beautiful beach & you can watch the sun set over the Arabian Sea. Yoga twice a day. The staff are very helpful & kind. Thank you for a beautiful stay

I came to Nalanda to complete 100 hour yoga teacher training with yoga nidra and reiki, led my Yin Yoga Therapy school. The training was very comprehensive, covering a lot of content in a digestible and interesting way. The location of Nalanda is beautiful, right on the beach, peaceful and quiet but also very close to amenities such as supermarket and cafes and restaurants. The restaurant is on the beach and I loved starting my morning with fresh, healthy and tasty vegetarian breakfast and ending the day with delicious buffet of Indian vegetarian food. I had a few issues with my room at the beginning (air con) but these were sorted and I was moved promptly. The space is light and clean and feels very safe, which was particularly important to me as a solo traveller. Overall, I would highly recommend and I will be back! Thanks Nalanda!

Hello, I'm from the UK and stayed here for 5 nights – it was an incredible experience. The rooms are straightforward, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location deserves a solid 10/10. Situated right on the beachfront, it offers a perfect view, and within 1 minute, you can be in the sea. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making you feel at home. The hotel also provides excellent food options, ensuring you won't go hungry. If you're in the mood for something different, it's conveniently located close to many other great places as well. I will 100% be coming back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
