        It's good value for money. The rooms are some of the cheapest you can find in Ashvem and they are good. AC, fan etc were all in working condition. The standard room we stayed in didn't have a sea view though you can climb the stairs to the terrace and see the ocean. I would recommend it if you don't mind accommodation slightly inland from the sea.

        I didn't stay at the resort and wouldn't ever make the mistake of walking into this establishment in my life again. I visited the restaurant as I was hungry and it's the rainy season and many places in morjim are closed it was the worst restaurant in morjim I have been to. The entire time I was being bitten by mosquitos and the staff could see but didn't care until I asked him. The service was slow although there was barely any crowd , 20 mins to receive main course , 25 mins to receive a lime soda , 30 mins to get chilly chicken (i ordered honey chilli chicken) ,after 45 mins I was requesting to cancel the starter I ordered to which 3 different people were trying to convince me to not to do so , the bill was also not provided he just said the amount no receipt nothing. It also seemed like the owner or someone in charge was right there and could see everything but didn't care , he only cared about telling other people in there how parties can be held in the top half of the restaurant. Also saw another table cancel their order so I'm guessing I'm not the only customer with a bad experience!

        Stayed here for 6 days and it's the best place in Morjim. It has AC, a big and soft bed, great ventilation, a refrigerator, TV, cupboard, a bathroom, and all other amenities to make it comfortable. 2 minutes away from the beach, has a restaurant with great and tasty food, very helpful staff and rooms are of great quality.

        Resort is really very good it's 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with a television and a refrigerator. The resort has it's own restaurant which serves delicious food. The staff at the resort is very nice and helpful. Overall experience was amazing and it's close to the beach so you can enjoy and relax on the beach.

        Lovely stay. Enjoyed interacting with the owners, staff and other guests.. The place is adequately stocked with essentials.. Has a small bar area where the socialising usually takes place.. It's just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Overall enjoyed my stay here and its very competitively priced.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
