We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was decent but the location is just average. Food is very average and monotonous. Service and hospitality needs to improve. Swimming Pool is freezing all the time due to lack of temp. control. Overall decent stay for family.

We had a pleasant stay at this resort. The rooms were clean, had good accessibility and the terrace was open to spend luxury time. The staff was also helpful and quick to respond to the requirements. We opted for breakfast inclusion and it was a good decision. The breakfast was good, had plenty of options. The only thing that needs to be worked upon is the live counter. Food items from it were delivered a little late. Overall a great experience. No major complaints.

What can I say about this hotel. We’ve been travelling across India for a month and from the first moment of arrival this is clearly the best place we have stayed. The staff are so friendly and genuinely interested in you. I, unfortunately, had a moped accident requiring stitches. On arrival back at the hotel they couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive before Bhagyesh (a member of staff) took me on his moped to the doctor. It would have been easy just tell me where the doctors was located and I’d have had to find my way there and back but he sorted everything. I can’t be more grateful. I’m sure I will return to this hotel at some point. Rooms are lovely and the buffet breakfast good. Hotels are made by the staff and the owners should be proud of them all. Thank you once again

Very good hotel with good spacious rooms. Very fast services. Pool was clean and well maintained. Food was very tasty, many options with yummy live counter. Staff members bhagyash and others are very helping.. We enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful property.

I had a stay of 4N 5D in Nanu resort and despite of such long stay, I have no complaints. The service, the Hospitality, the cleanliness and the food, everything was just at Par. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you book them, it will definitely amp up the happiness index of your overall trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
