Location was superb. It had the beautiful building and gardens. Unfortunately no chef So we couldn’t get our meals except for breakfast which was outsourced maybe,not sure.Not much choice. There was limited supply of hot water and sometimes none at all! Need to get their act together!

Napier Heritage was the perfect landing place after a semester-long study abroad program. The rooms were comfortable, the meals were excellent, and the location could not be more convenient. We really appreciated the many spacious spots on the lower and upper levels to work. The wooden tables and overhead fans were helpful, the conference room was perfect for our meetings, and the pool table was a nice bonus for fun.

It was a short stay, only one night. The property is really beautiful and we'll maintained, one feels like coming in a heritage building. It actually looks the same as photos. The rooms are big and spacious, comfortable beds, mostly well maintained, except that some rooms are at the back of the building, which feels like an extension. There's less ventilation and windows can't be opened because of their location that's why some of the rooms (similar to which we stayed) have damp smell. Thankfully, we got lucky to avoid those. I'd suggest to go for pool view/ balcony rooms, if you can, only then can you enjoy your stay properly. Apart from this, the services were up to the mark and staff was courteous.
