Nice accommodation to choose near hospital. Here are the important points to note 1. Near to hospital, 24 hours free car available from apartment to hospital and back. 2. Location is good, Grocery store, restaurant, park are available in 5 min walking 3. All rooms have kitchen, gas, and utensils. 4. Bathroom has 24 hours solar hot water. 5. Clean rooms. 6. A common area fridge to store medicine and dairy products. 7. 24 hours drinking water tap. 8. Cloth can be dried in roof. 9. NO restaurant as this is an apartment for self cooking. Food delivery, outside food allowed 10. Cockroaches are a problem in this area, please avail pest control service from the reception.

The room was very good compared to last time it was soo neat compared to last visit everytihing is okay except cockroach it was less compared to last time if it was removed fully the room will be excellent ☺️

An easily accessible location with prompt service and relaxing rooms. We went there for my in-laws check up and reached a little late. The guy in the reception was so humble that he in the late night came with us and arranged one guy to clean the room. Coming to the room which we took had two bedrooms with attached bathroom, a living area with Tv and a dining table and a small kitchen with gas and basic utensils. Their service was also a remarkable one. They do have unstoppable hot water service. To our luck they have started shuttle service to the hospital from rooms for the OP and we availed it without any second thought and it was a good experience.

The very worst experience I had while my one day stay. The service personnel in the night shift needs to know his communication skill being in a service department. This office incharge made things worst, considering the mental state of mind of us following the day long hospital visits. If this kind of service is put up in affiliation with Narayana hospital, it can harm the hospital name. Dont get lured with the 24hrs pick and drop facility, they have offered it because it is too far from the hospital. And comming back after a long day and to hear this guy talk was a big no. I would only recommend if you are with your family. Other staff was good enough and I wont say that the rooms are not good and maintained well. But only one guy had changed things. Sadly I had to check out befor our time else might have given better rating if I had not meet this guy.

Best place to stay if you will be spending 7days + at Narayana Hrudayalaya. Good service for the price. They give gas connection, some utensils also. Cleanliness is also good. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
