Rooms were not cleaned and sanitized, things were not washed and taken care off properly, the water jugs were stinky and the food was pathetic, horrible, sabji was not too good, they were using expired date breads. We didn't like the food much, overall the experience was very bad.

Located near udaipur railway station around 2 km and also close to old city Udaipur 1.5km.. Great hospitality in the hotel but cross check while handing over the room and bathroom .

Pathetic hotel, there were insects in the room, towels and bedsheets were dirty. In one of our room bathroom door was not closing properly and basin pipe was leaking. Food was not good nor bad. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

I had booked the Narayans leela inn for 3 days. Even before reaching the hotel, the multiple auto-drivers had intimated us that the place was not good for families as it was a place for drunkards. However we ignored their warnings and tried to check-in. But the manager said that there was no booking in my name. They made us wait for almost 2hrs and ended up saying that they had cancelled the booking without showing the basic decency of intimating me via mail or whatsapp. They were not even ready to offer a refund. only stayed 1 Night just because of the bad experience and all the mentioned things. Never recommended the hotel to anyone. Rooms - Most horrible thing about this hotel, not recommended for the family and couples, they offer rooms to collage couples on some hour basis. Staff - The staff was uncooperative and the owner was also not picking up the phone . Very bad experience . Do not choose this hotel if you want a pleasant stay. I would have given no stars if it was possible. Food - Food is taste less and worst.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff who assited us with local knowledge. There are one restaurant which is good quality and the value for money is brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
