The stay for two days were amazing and the service were nice and we had our company event hosted here which was a great one. The buffet breakfast and lunch was delicious and it had enough variety of everything that could satisfy your tastebuds and staff service was excellent and they'll were co operative and kind. The swimming pool inside the hotel was magnificent and the front office assisted us in giving hassle free check out and everything from A to Z was perfect ending to our company trip. As a travel agent I will surely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Need to improve food in the buffet and quality too and apart from that Happy to be around here for a while. They've good rooms and amazing rooms and food service was also great. I will certainly inform family and friends about this and will recommend the stay with good marks. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Great stay and the room was fantastic and it had all amenities that you would expect for and I will surely re visit again for their great facilities and services. Good administration by this hotel Jacob sir and his entire team. Loved the buffet lunch and breakfast was delicious and had variety of options. Good room service and balveer from the restaurant gave us nice services. Kudos to this hotel for delivering excellent hospitality.

Very good experience and we had a decent stay in hotel. Staff service is great and food from the restaurant was great and had a lavish taste. Luxurious suites and was fully loaded with everything and I will certainly wish to come here and enjoy my next stay. Thank you Jacob sir and management for the magnificent hospitality.

The room services was good and the bar facility is totally different and swimming pool is excellent. Food was amazing and staff are well mannered and behaviour is good. Breakfast set up was good and it had enough varieties for the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and thank you balveer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
