        Bad experience .the food was not that good bad service . Bathroom was very much dirty even we cant used it when we stay at this place for a night. Staff was not coperative much . Price was too high for the room condition and for the food. Rooms were not neat and clean bedsheet are dirty . And we have find lots of big insects in room . Big Spider 🕸️🕷️ was there . The staff didn't bother about and dont listen to us. Dont recommend by me to people who visit there .

        First of all, the management should fire the manager on front desk immediately because in hospitality there is no place for such arrogant and unruly employees. Here is the chronology of his arrogant behaviour. We reached with our families and asked him to put the chairs in the rooftop area. But he refused and said, khud laga lo hmare paas time nahi hai abhi. After that, we asked for snacks and he ssid staff is busy in preparing the dinner, so we cant provide the snacks. Although later on he agreed to serve. But the service was utterly poor. Then after a while he kept on asking us to remove our cars in a very arrogant manner. We still responded politely that we will leave in a while. But he kept on showing his arrogance and when we asked where should we park our cars so he he was like kahi bhi laga lo sadak pe laga lo yaha mat lagao and talked to my sister in a very high tone. Which made us furious and we asked him who is the owner, so his reply was Mai hi hu owner. Jao jo karna hai karlo. I want the management to throw this mannerless and arrogant person right away. We could have taken a legal action but we personally felt that the hotel and the owner should not suffer just because of one mannerless staff person.

        I only want yo say Don't book it. Its just because rooms were showing available at OYO app but they already allotted Rooms to other people who paid them more money. We have done our payment and one group of Traveller also booked there room one month earlier had to go back and book other hotel in midnight. And yes its still under construction. 😒

        Rooms are beautiful. Can be cleaner though. The view is great and staff is very polite and helpful.

        Nice place with a beautiful view... Enjoyed a rainy day there with delicious food.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
