Great place to stay for the price you pay. Likes - the pool, location, clean, comfortable bed, shower, not too busy, breakfast, lots of character, pleasant staff. Dislikes - some rooms felt a bit dated with some water marks on walls and ceilings. Breakfast room was in the basement when lots of other nice areas would be nicer to have. Bedrooms at the back which we had were noisy from the AC units. Also one widow was tinted out so neighbour's couldn't see in and the blind to another high small window did not open, so no natural light. Would stay again though as it's good value.

The Splendour room (Albuquerque) was spacious and comfortable. A little more focus on the general upkeep would help. The AC's need upgrading. Regular pest control would help. Located in the heart of Fort Kochi walking distance from most areas of interest. A special mention of David in the restaurant...v cordial and warm. Security could be a little tighter though.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights from 16th September. The location was much more than we expected. The hotel and room interiors were classic and retained the old world charm. Vinitha the hotel manager and her staff were more than welcoming and tried to go out of their way to make us comfortable after a long drive from Goa. The brealfast buffet was wholesome with a few local dishes in the spread. The in-house restaurant though does require some improvement. We ate at the restaurant once and took them nearly 45min to an hour to serve us and the selection of local dishes on the menu were limited. But this shouldn't hold people back from staying at this lovely property and enjoy the hospitality of the wonderful staff. I am sure they will work on improving the restaurant service and menu.

Very poor service and attitude. Hotel is inequipped to handle guests. May call itself a homestay at best given its lethargic, unresponsive staff, space crunch and overall rundown rooms. We understand limitations of check in timings based on room availability. But absolute disregard for guests, lack of clear info and absolutely unapologetic attitude was a big disappointment. Location is good. But there are several other options nearby which will make you feel welcome.

The hotel is good looking, rooms are nice, food is good. But the main problems are mosquitoes. Our room were full of mosquitoes, they say that they take measures, but inside the room nothing worked at all. It could be named as mosquito tower house.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
