Our romantic weekend at Ambika International was magical. The ambiance, intimate setting, and attentive staff created the perfect atmosphere. The room was cozy, and the dining experience was exquisite. Highly recommended for couples seeking a romantic escape. Ambika International is a haven for couples! The serene surroundings, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay unforgettable. From a candlelit dinner to a charming suite, this hotel knows how to cater to couples. Ambika International exceeded our expectations for a couples retreat. The quiet ambiance, thoughtful details, and privacy made it an ideal escape. The staff was discreet yet attentive, ensuring a romantic and relaxing stay. Ambika International is a charming hideaway for couples. The cozy rooms, beautiful decor, and personalized service created an intimate atmosphere. A perfect choice for a romantic rendezvous. Ambika International is perfect for couples! The romantic setting, luxurious amenities, and attentive staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. We left with unforgettable memories and a desire to return.

A BIGGGGG 'NO', If you are planning to book a room here, below are the reasons: I traveled recently with my family in last week of December 2023. 1. Booked room: Although I had booked my room a week before my arrival, the room was not available and I had to wait with my family for 4 hours in the lobby area and this was really annoying as we were quite tired from the overnight journey. More annoying thing was, I had already told them that I'd reach on 'X' time but still they couldn't manage to get us a room. 2. Rooms: I booked a classic room with price of 2500 per night but the room was totally a waste, I wouldn't pay more than 500 for such a room. It's design is quite old, no proper lights, no proper charging points. The construction is quite old. 3. Bathroom: Geyser doesn't work here and the hot water tap doesn't work either, I also saw other guests in the hotel complaining about the geyser. They don't provide proper dental kit and other stuffs. 4. Service: Not great either, I ordered only hot chocolate and after reminding twice, they didn't serve. 5. Heater: They don't have the facility to provide room heater, they will just give a small heater using which you can warm your hands, legs and that too only one person at a time. ALL IN ALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE HERE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO BOOK A ROOM HERE.

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during from 26 November and 27 November. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Excellent hospitality service.

Hotel is good for the price it charges. You have to drive a little in narrow crowded lane to reach there . Slightly difficult if you have big car .The big NEGATIVE is check out time is 10 am And they phoned me twice at 8.45 am and 9.20 am to vacate room before 10 am and said that I have to pay extra day charges if I vacate the room at even 10 min late

We stayed in the suite for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean. The service is great...quick and courteous. Mr. Ved Ram at the reception was polite and efficient. We enjoyed the restaurant food. This is a great place to stay if you looking for a cozy stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
