Very bad experience. When we checked in, rooms were dirty, mattresses had pee stains. In breakfast, we found a big spider and ants in cup. I would never recommend this hotel to any one. Just one positive point was that it has fantastic views of mahabaleshwar valley.

Awesome experience. View from hotel is unique. It is not less than watching the beauty of mountain range at your comfort. If you zoom little bit you can easily see the Lingmala waterfall from your balcony. Room requires little bit of cleaning and maintenance. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels are clean but not stain free. Service from hotel staff and food at hotel are excellent. The bonfire during evening to late night is like sweet cherry on top of the cake. It adds lot of fun to chilled night. Thoroughly enjoyed and can be repeated. Cheers

I booked it looking at vally view, location is really good but hotel is very ordinary cheap. I had booked for two days checked out in one day. Booked room and offered room were different, dont get carried away with web site photos, my booking details were missing at reception poor internal communication by some e-mail owner, Ground floor room 407 was given to us, no room number on door, very ordinary furniture, unclean bedsheet, dirty towels, bathroom door rubbing hard on floor, no intercom in room, mobile number given was. Not answered, no room heater, window curtain were small in width giving room view to people passage right in front of the window, even cloth changing privacy not there, windows lock broken, dull access to any one to come thru windows without any restrictions. Tea coffee supplies missing have to ask for it, tea pot showing dirt particalss after water boiling, very basic and ordinary breakfast. Unprofessional untrained staff from Bihar, Rajasthan. Hotel is cheap good for unruly bachelors who gather there for drinks and noise. Only plus point is vally view I colud take a small trail to vally from hotel in 5 min walk. Traveling with Families, please stay away, Nexottel is deceptive name, its ordinary ordinary cheap and enethical hotel.

One of the worst experiences I ever 1. The room were not properly cleaned and all the paintings, ceiling were damaged. 2. Bath towels shared to us was not of good quality 3. The food was the worst and specially the French fries. 4. To get service we have to dial multiple times, but still it gets delayed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
