The amenities available at Nexstay Aromiaa Villas were impressive. The swimming pool offered a refreshing respite, and the spa services provided a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Additionally, the on-site dining options served delectable cuisine that tantalized the taste buds. Should improve on food quality taste and price.

Very beautiful property well built , maintained and clean swimming pool with spacious rooms , comfy bed. Amazing hospitality and all the staff are very polite and helpful. Quality of food provided during breakfast and from the restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely visit again

Very small rooms. They say breakfast till 11 but even if you reach by 10:30 everything is finished and whatever is there is really pathetic. Wifi is not working most of the time and mobile network is really weak in the rooms so in short you can do nothing in the rooms. And the most terrible part- even after specifically asking that please don’t clean our rooms (as we had valuables), they entered the room for cleaning in our absence. Super dislikes and no recommendation at all

Very disappointed. We booked this stay reading the reviews, however the rooms were not upto the mark. Firstly it is not at all what looks in the picture, these are just some common row houses converted into stay. Nothing about the rooms makes you feel like a holiday stay, not even basic efforts had been put to do something even close to interiors for a chain property. We were shown 3 rooms out of which we picked the one which was ok and better (as we did not had any choice). There is really nothing at the property to enjoy, just a basic pool (the pool area was even worse than which a normal society would have). They have queen size beds really small and very uncomfortable mattress. The room allotted to us was not even cleaned before allotment, we have used toiletries, broken bathtub, phone not working. No vacation vibe at all !!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nexstay Aromiaa Villas in North Goa. I was very impressed with the hotel staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt welcome and cared for. The food at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of items to choose from. Finally, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping my room clean and tidy. The room was spotless when I arrived, and it remained that way throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Nexstay Aromiaa Villas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. @Alisha - Manager was very helpful and kind to help us in reservations and ensured we are heard all the time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
