        I had lunch today with my family of six. The sitting arrangement was toooooo narrow, we could barely squeeze in with two babies. That table on the right side must be convert to for three people only. The toilet could be more cleaned. However, the quality of food was good and reasonably priced.

        Location of the hotel is in the city centre, but rooms are full of rodents and untidy blankets and stinky rooms. Service is average. But bellboys are very obedient and helpful, cooperative very humble to serve us till late night. Need to improve on service delivery.

        We booked this hotel for a stay of 2 days. But the experience with the staff especially left a very bad impression of the hotel. We had the following issues - infrastructure issues and service issues Infrastructure issues: The room that was shown in the picture while booking was not the same one that was allotted to me. Many of the things listed in the room description was either missing or broken There was no iron box, kettle, dining table. Some of the cushioned tables had only 3 legs. The knob to turn on and off the shower was broken Service issues: When checking into the room, there was no amenities placed in the room - no water bottles, no toiletries. We had to request each one by calling up the reception every time. When we complained that about the same, we were assured that the next day everything would be stocked up ( water bottles, toilet paper etc). The co- ordination between night staff mid day staff is an alien concept for the management of the hotel. The next day no amenities was stocked, the toilets were not even cleaned. When we asked the staff they were surprised we were still in the hotel ( looks like they did not even know we were staying for 2 nights). When we asked about this , they said they cannot enter the room to clean and restock without our permission. When we told them that we already requested for these the previous night, they said no such communication had come through, so they did not do anything. They tried to make some amends and supplied 2 water bottles and cleaned the trash. They proposed to clean the toilets and then the staff disappeared. We waited for an hour and finally gave up.

        Worst experience of any room I’ve ever been in, loud noises in the middle of the night , highly rude staff and irresponsible manager , I was billed for 2 days where as I stayed only one day, didn’t provide me with a legitimate bill. There are many other better options around please take your time and select some other hotel ,don’t do the mistake I did
