Wonderful location.Very warm and courteous staff Fantastic rooms with a private balcony. Snow clad mountains visible. A stream flows right next to the place which makes it very charming. The owners live and work on the property and are very warm and friendly, and guided me to discover some treks and viewpoints nearby. Open Kitchen that serves some delicious food is an added advantage.kudos to the management for hiring young people with speech and hearing impediments.

Our stay at the Nibaana resort has been excellent. The entire staff (security, reception/lobby, kitchen, housekeeping, room services, etc.) at the resort are very courteous, polite, friendly and cooperative. Also had the opportunity to have a conversation with the owner and his mother, which was very nice. Food at the restaurant was very good and fresh. Nibaana resort is highly recommended for stay in Dharamshala. Location is apparently felt to be a little remote on the first day, but later it gets easier. The resort must make some provision of lodging / boarding and meals for the drivers who come along with the guests. Always, insist on a room with the front , valley view , which is spectacular

Sweet spot with delightful views and an amazing garden to stroll around. The food is delicious and sight even better. Rarely you get such tasty food at the Hill station. We stayed for 2 days with my family. staff is helpful. Rooms are big and neat and clean. We had an amazing time at Nibaana.

Nice location with lovely views and a wonderful garden to stroll in. The meal is excellent, and the view is even better. Such delicious meal is really uncommon at the Hill station. We stayed with my folks for two days. staff is helpful. Rooms are big and neat and clean. We had an amazing time at Nibaana.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
