One of the best hotel in Puri. Neat n clean with good service. Staffs r good. Rooms r of good size. Bathroom is clean. It's a good place to reside. Sea beach is just opposite to the hotel. U can go to beach at any time..its hardly takes 1 min to reach at beach.

I stayed there 4 days but I felt poor customer service. I went this hotel with my family for visiting Puri. Total 4 persons including a baby. They have taken additional charges for extra person but don't arrange bed. Miserable experience. They have taken Rs. 6300 per day excluding 28% GST. But I felt personally that the room charges should not exceeded 2200 per day including GST. I called reception 4 times to provide additional bed but nobody responded on first day. They are so irresponsible and they blamed me I was not available while they want to deliver additional bed. But I was present whole day and night on that day. Food quality is good no doubt but price is extremely high. Room price is also very high. I will never stay here.
