A comfortable place to stay with friends for a one night stay. Provided us early check-in at 10 AM without any hassle even during year end. A big thanks for that. Needs to do much more on room cleanliness. Rooms are studio type with a small kitchen counter and sink in front of the bed. Room was quite untidy with body hair on the ground and bathroom mat was extremely dirty. So we just had to keep our shoes on. Room lock on the inside was broken. Wouldn’t prefer to stay with family. Only big positive is a large balcony to sit in the evening and enjoy a drink or meal. We had a room on the backside so no pool view but quiet. We didn’t utilise the pool but decently big to enjoy a swim. On our dinner meal at the restaurant, salt was completely missing in the side dish which was happily corrected and served as a fresh dish. No buffet at breakfast and you get to opt for two items from menu and has to be informed at the table. Would recommend that the hotel conduct a small independent audit and take a few basic corrective measures to make the stay even more worthwhile.

Great Place to Stay near Nagaon Beach It was a very Pleasant stay for us, Rooms were clean, Food was great. What to mention a big & Special thanks to Hotel Staff & Manager - They were very Kind & helpful to us As we faced an issue with our Car, they helped us in every possible way, What else can customer ask for All in All, A great stay and wonderful trip! Kudos to Hotel staff for maintaining nice environment for the stay

It was an amazing place. I stayed for 3 days. The amenities the hotel had were great, especially for kids they have so many indoor games, and the adults would also enjoy and over the top swimming pool. The staff was great and the food was tasty. Overall, it was a great place, and we enjoyed it 👍

It's one of the safest places. Service is good, pool is great, they have a wonderful play area for indoor games. Parking is good. The way towards can be made well as it is inside. Staff is very polite. Overall it's a good place for family

Specious and clean room. Best for families as well as bachelor groups also. Sea food is tasty & delicious. 5 min by vehicle from nagav beach. Overall super ambiance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
