Good place for family, specially with kids. They have ample of space for kida to play. Nice rusty look of hotel, staff is polite and prompt. Though rooms needs some improvement, there was not hot water after 8:30 am Dinner was part of package and it was great but breakfast was equally horrible. Overall value for money stay.

I have booked the hotel through make my trip. The rooms are not at all neat. Some foul smell was coming. Even they have given the lawn for marriage function. They have kept very high sound which is causing very inconvenient. I immediately vacated the room. Not at all recommended for stay in this hotel.

I would not recommend booking this resort. Although the place is fine, and the major tourist places are within 10 km, I found that the quality of service and the room is not at all worth the price that they are charging. They seriously need to do proper maintenance of the place.

Hard to find anything good about the stay here. There is only one charging socket in the entire room. We booked a room that can fit an extra bed and the largest room offering they had can fit two people with difficulty. They also offered their location for a reception function in the night which caused disturbance in sleep.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
