We stayed in Jan post zero night (31st dec) for 2 nights and our experience was awesome. Rooms are clean, food is tasty having outdoor gaming activities. There is a river just behind the resort and we along with kids really enjoyed it. Service and staffs are well trained and well mannered. There is a cozy restaurant as well. One thing to note, there is third party parking. One has to walk down around 300 meters to reach this resort. Staffs were very cooperative and they escorted us to resort everytime. Ambience and view from room was superb. It was a wonderful stay for us indeed.

Horribly unprofessional staff and abusive manager. Confirmed our booking on call, took advance payment and told us to vacant the room on the last moment after checking in because he did the booking for the wrong date and tried putting the blame on us. When we told him to check the same on our WhatsApp conversation he told us that the chat has been deleted. Rather than being apologetic for his mistake, the manager was extremely rude to the us. Everything was so pathetic that we literally decided not to stay in the property and moved to another resort nearby. If you want to experience a nigthmare this is the place where you will be harrassed which is a part of the tariff. For a family on vacation, it's not at all a safe place to stay.

They claim It as a resort and spa but it is a homestay at best. Rooms look very beautiful in images but reality is quite different. Floor was full of dust. Insects in rooms are common. Woodwork and paint done is quite bad. There is open drain in washroom! It is an upgrade from tents but not at all something like a resort. Location is far from parking (which is rs 200 for a day) and the approach is a bit risky. However if you look it as a Homestay it is good. Riverside view with approach to river. Staff is helpful and service was fast. Food was extremely delicious and healthy. Every food item was great. If you look at it as a Homestay you will have a good experience but they have to do major changes to call them a resort.

Stayed in a basic room, the property is very beautiful and the rooms are done up well. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Floor to ceiling windows, and, an eco friendly approach to all assets. The property has a huge lawn and has direct access to the river bank. The staff is very polite n courteous. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food at justified prices. very quaint and calm unlike the woofer blowing campsites around the place. only drawback is the parking that's a bit far and common to nearby properties. which definitely is not a deal breaker

Brother, I stayed in Nishantam Resort with my friends and the less I can say about this Nishantam Resort. The view from here is very good. There is very good food. Helpful staff. I want you all to come and stay here for once.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
