        Very good hotel near Ernakulam Town station. The room and food are great. But room rent is a little bit on the higher side. There is no balcony. Rooms should have balcony to enjoy the great view and drying wet clothes.

        Plus - convenient location, sufficient parking in the basement as well as towards the back side of the building, clean rooms and clean and hygienic toilets. The property overall seems to be well maintained. Minus - The first thing I would like to highlight is the customer service, which is appalling. We were 3 people (myself, wife and teenage son - we selected 3 adults while booking), however the hotel was very stingy when it came to water bottles in the room. They were providing only 1 bottle. I asked for more (even mentioned they could charge me for the extra), but they took all the time in the world to bring us sufficient water. I had to make at least 2 trips to the reception to get them to listen to me. The fellow at the reception (cannot remember name as he did not have proper name tag), it would seem, was not interested in his work and kept fiddling with his phone while I was trying to negotiate for some water. The staff at the restaurant was slightly better, but they still managed to misplace my order (a simple masala omelette). I had to remind them twice before they brought it over but after a good 25-30 mts. They are also not attentive, and are quite busy moving things around, one has to patiently wait for someone to look at you before you can place your request. Extremely furstrating again. The staff really needs to be coached on basics of customer service. The food was average too, nothing great to talk about, but the breakfast menu was better than I have seen at such restaurants. There was brown bread in there which was quite unusual. Rooms are small , and thus can be suffocating if you have 3 people (we had our teenage son with us). The AC is also weird, it kept resetting itself and would drop the temperate down to 17, or sometimes totally shutdown. Since our day was quite hectic, we did not take the trouble to report this as we were dead tired. Rooms and toilets are however clean and hygienic. But do remember to ask them to clean when you go out, they will not do so unless requested. I assumed they would clean when we step out for the day, but they did not. At the end of the day, we returned to the same messy condition we had left it in the morning

        We chose North Seven for a family event. The crew, manager and staff were extremely accomodating and took care of all our requests and the guests were pleased. We look forward to more collaborations with North Seven in future. Highly recommend.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
