Exceptionally well-kept with hygienic rooms, a pristine lobby, and overall cleanliness. The property is family-friendly and offers an amazing dining experience. The check-in and checkout processes are swift. I appreciate the positive atmosphere and the energetic staff. When compared to hotels worldwide, it certainly tops my list. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for fostering a fun, loving, and safe environment. Undoubtedly, one of the best places to stay in India.

Novotel offers a delightful ambiance upon entering, with a lobby that exudes warmth and comfort. The rooms are commendable, meeting initial needs and providing a comfortable stay. However, my experience with room service was subpar, as they took an extended 1 to 2 hours to respond, despite three calls. The restaurant, on the other hand, stands out with its healthy and varied food options. The staff in the restaurant are noteworthy for their excellent service, creating a positive dining experience. Despite the setback in room service, the overall stay was enjoyable, with the culinary offerings and restaurant staff contributing significantly to the positive aspects of the visit. Addressing the delay in room service would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest satisfaction at Novotel.

We had Sunday brunch. Good spread. Specially we have good veg options which is commendable. Excellent customer service by Lokesh @Food exchange. Very prompt service and ensured all our requirements are addressed immediately.

Honestly the experience was a mixed bag. Pros: - Located very close to the heart of the city - Clean and comfortable room Cons: For a 5 star hotel, the service was bordering on unacceptable. The staff did the bare minimum and did not go above and beyond. - In spite of telling the front desk concierge that we will be checking out a little bit later and being given the green light, we were abruptly disturbed a good 1 hour before the check-out time. This was the concierge in the morning who was different from the person we had talked to the previous night. Clearly there was some miscommunication between the two. - I asked for a lightning cable and was told a flat no. This is quite strange for reasonable hotel much less a 5 star hotel in this day and age. - I asked a hotel staff who was by the front door for a pen. He started to walk to grab me a pen and then abruptly turned around mid way and told me that he can't get me a pen. I've had much better service from 3 star hotels. The only saving grace is the location and the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms.

This is a centrally located property in the quite vicinity of Nandanam in Chennai. We had a wonderful stay in this property, the roof top pool and gymnasium were an excellent hangout spots in the property. The hotel staff were quite cordial and friendly as well. All in all an excellent place to stay if you’re travelling to Chennai.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
