        We recently went Goa for family vacation and Novotel resorts are our all time favourite stay. They maintain the hygiene levels whether it’s in the pool or on the common area. They also have a kids friendly small pool area and my little one enjoyed there being a mermaid. They provide a plenty of options in breakfast buffet to choose from and the food is super delicious. This is my 3rd stay with their chain and i had a great experience again. Keep it up.

        Horrible stay at Novotel Goa, Candolim I would like to highlight about the lack of privacy and proper security measures in the hotel. The housekeeping person entered the room without our consent, in our absence, touched all our articles which included our wallets and valuables, kept on the bed and dumped on a table. When the hotel manager was informed, they mentioned that it is a regular practice to clean the room between 9am-6pm, irrespective of the fact that the guest is present or not in the room. Again on the second day, the housekeeper after cleaning the room left the doors of the room open and went away. He left his cleaning spray bottle in the room.We saw the doors of our room open when we returned. Not worth for the price we paid.

        One of the worst experiences in Goa. The staff doesn’t adjust in providing better services. There is no adjustment on behalf of the hotel if the customer doesn’t like services. Complete deficiency of services. Will Never recommend anyone. After 9 hours of struggle we got our rooms that too not how we expected them to be. Worst experience. The staff only knows to manipulate and take more and more time to just do nothing. Would like to make a special mention of the reservation team who made no adjustments to upgrade the room when the customer didn’t like the superior rooms irrespective of them being available. We were shifted from one hotel to another yet after waiting for 4 long hours we didn’t get the rooms. Ms. Prachi attended us and there was no adjustment from her end. She took about 3 hours to a lot 2 rooms.

        Absolutely lovely experience . Special mention for the chef who I always saw during breakfasts(looking after the guests), the food spread was not only vast but also lip smacking. I went there with my 1 year old and the staff was courteous enough to offer help. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommended. Loved it every bit.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
