My stay at Novotel was truly delightful. The room itself was not only well-appointed but also impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. The housekeeping staff deserves commendation for their meticulous work in keeping the room in top condition throughout my stay.What stood out most was the proactive and friendly nature of the hotel staff. Most professional service I have experienced in India. From room service staff to managers. Visited several 5 star hotel in India, by far the most professional. We had logistical issues, of which Novotel accommodated for with late check-out, and luggage storage, very commendable !

First off a *HUGE* caveat for anyone looking to stay here: the only multi-cuisine restaurant here, called “Food Exchange”, is pure vegetarian. It does not even serve egg-based dishes. This was a huge disappointment for us, as we had taken the breakfast-included plan. They should prominently warn about this while taking a booking from guests. Ugh. Another caveat is that the bathrooms are badly designed. They do not have shower curtains or shower cubicles, so after a bath there is water everywhere. Yikes. On the plus side, they provide good accessibility fixtures. Apart from these caveats, the staff is courteous & quite helpful. The rooms are modern & spacious.

Very good new Novotel property with nice rooms, great service and friendly staff. Food was great with options and to our pleasant surprise this Food Exchange restaurant is pure veg only. Would love to visit again, just that the surroundings of the property are not all that great with factory sheds around and a bit dirty road in front which i hope will get fixed, however Jodhpur roads were very wide and clean. Wish we stayed here for another day.

New hotel in Jodhpur. The restaurant is pure veg and it should be stated up front. There is no such info unless you investigate into questions. If that’s not an issue then the hotel is young and still needs to learn how to offer a level of service that would be akin to the Novotel brand. Buffet is only on the weekends. Rooms are nice, but the view of the fort isn’t that great from the location so not worth a big upsell. Pool is cold, which isn’t bad on a hot day. Gym is small but modern and has what you need for a quick workout. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
