The clean and comfortable rooms were thoughtfully equipped with every convenience necessary for a truly comfortable stay. The well-maintained amenities, including the gym and pool, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. I had stayed their for day. We were too ladies. 1 of us was taking shower n I was sleeping. Someone rang the calling bell, however we haven't open the door. The housekeeping guy used his master key card and opened our room door when we did not open our room's door . I found this to be completely unacceptable. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options of training for the staffs there. I wanted to write more but I think it is waste of time.

We ,all family members ,went for Novotel Buffet. It was really good Experience. Quality of Food is really Good.And also have good Ambience. KEYA who take care of us very nicely and also help elders in all aspects. Really Great Experience in Novotel.

Very beautiful hotel, with great accommodations. The staff is very efficient and works hard to make sure you have a good time. We especially enjoyed our Room service with Arijit! Very good 👍

The stay was good better than last time. There are still many transport issues the can is not on time the girls on the front desk was rude too but after coming to the hotel the staaff was extended sweet! I see improvements in food too.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
