I had the pleasure of visiting Novotel Mumbai International Airport for a delightful Sunday Brunch, and I must say, it far surpassed my expectations. From the impeccable food and service to the captivating entertainment lineup, my overall brunch experience was truly exceptional. Speaking of the food, I was thoroughly impressed by the extensive selection of vegetarian options, each spread more delicious than the last. Despite the large crowd, the service remained remarkably efficient. As I savored my meal, I was serenaded by live music, with the musicians graciously taking requests at our table. In addition, a mesmerizing juggling show took place nearby. However, the highlight of the event was undoubtedly the fashion show, which added a whole new dimension of elegance to my brunch experience. The stunning collection was tastefully showcased, creating a delightful fusion of fashion and brunch. Needless to say, I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit here in the near future.

Excellent ambience,service and location as expected. Rooms were well equipped with good room services. Food was excellent for both in room and buffet dining. Distance from airport is less than 2 km. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff is courteous. The food is absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had. The spread was overwhelming, I loved the food. This also includes the in room food delivery experience. The amenities like the gym are well maintained and even has a gym trainer. I tried the biryani from the in room dining menu, the room service staff was helpful enough to reheat the biryani even after the kitchen got closed. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay at Mumbai Totally recommended.

Had been there to visit a relative staying there. Location is quiet apt for the International Airport. Interiors are really good. Rooms are big and very well furnished with all requirements taken care of. I had the opportunity to visit the coffee shop for a quick bite... food was very good. Service was also excellent. As it was a short visit I can't write more on it. Shall visit again and share more details later. As of now the experience was good .

Stayed 3N on a work trip.. wonderful experience, in terms of hospitality and service. The room and general amenities are well maintained; I particularly enjoyed working out at their fitness centre, and loved the vibe at their bar and coffee shop. The food in the restaurant could be way better though. The location is strategic, but crowded.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
