Checked In there with a reference from a common friend, the location and the balcony of the rooms are exceptional. The service need to be improved a little bit esp in room dinner and the toilets which gives a pretty old look, else the ambience, the approach to the beach etc is very good. I will recommend people for this hotel owing to the availability of the big balcony which gives a eye level view of Bay of Bengal.

Stayed for a night with family in the premium sea facing rooms (we booked 2 rooms). Entire experience from check in to check out was excellent. We ordered food through room service, and it was delicious. The balconies were amazing and directly facing beach. Will definitely recommend it everyone. One of the best place to enjoy Puri beach.

This hotel is 2* max. Not suitable for foreigners like us..I got the room at their extended wing and it was not great. I was very disgusted with it and only came back to sleep. Totally did not enjoy my stay and I don't understand how this hotel can be 4*. Only saving grace is beach upfront. Looks royal indeed from outside, amenities and rooms are pauper standard.

Stayed for 2 days and can give an honest review. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, too expensive for the services offered. We had leakage in bathroom which was not attended until the next day when the clogged water overflowed outside the room. Flies in the room and cafeteria. I went with family where my elderly father-in-law was helping me load the luggages in cab, staff did not have the decency to help until I called explicitly, couple of them were watching us all the time. Overall definitely not worth 4 Star

NRS Royal Palace is a decent hotel right on the Golden Beach at Puri. Very good service. Clean and enjoyable hotel. Old AC system and old furniture. Good buffet breakfast spread. Little far from the main market. You need to hire Auto or e- Rickshaw for Temple/local market.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
