Very conveniently located. Friendly and cooperative staff. Good breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner food also have many choices. Mall within the hotel is added benefit. Weekend amphitheatre noise is a bit loud if living on front side. Otherwise a very good hotel and recommended.

It was indeed a lovely experience staying at the place. Property is located in Excellent location nearby to all the major market places and shopping areas. Room was spacious enough and equipped with a fully operational kitchen with micro oven, fridge, dish washer, cooking utensils and cutlery sets. Washroom also equipped with washing machine and a drier. Awesome experience and truly value for money.

Clean apartment. Prageesh at the buffet breakfast was very helpful. Islam and Rajib in housekeeping took extra care and were very courteous. Memorable stay. The shower in the master bedroom is not very safe and not comfortable - this needs improvement. Apart from this a great hotel. Very well maintained. Great location. Overall staff provided good service.

Very poor experience when staying with my family at the Oakwood UB City. They ruined my new suit in their laundry service and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for it, insistent that it was already ruined before it went to the laundry. This was extremely disappointing and poor customer service. Our apartment had very little natural light and hence was rather dark and dingy even with the lights on. The kitchens are not at all equipped, you’ll need to bring your own hand-wash soap and kitchen cloths / towels. The key cards only seem to work once which resulted in having to trek down to reception several times per day to get it re-magnetised. Overall was a poor experience and disappointing value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
