One of the most impressive aspects was the meticulous cleanliness of the room. Every surface gleamed, and there wasn't a speck of dust in sight. The attention to detail was evident in the perfectly made bed, the spotless bathroom, and the polished fixtures. The housekeeping team's dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was truly commendable. It's evident that the hotel prioritizes providing guests with a serene and pleasing environment, making it a memorable stay that I would gladly recommend to others seeking a refined and spotless accommodation experience.and special thanks to Ms Sheetal for his support for sooth in and out Overall, my stay in this hotel room was a delightful experience.

We had an amazing experience with this hotel. We regret that we stayed there for just one night only. This hotel is "pet friendly " in true sense. I wish all pet friendly hotels' staffs visit this place at least once in their lifetime. Nowhere is written "pets are not allowed in this area." We are extremely happy with the service and everything in this service apartment. The facilities and the upholstery are no less than a five star hotel. I wish I could give 10 stars for serving awesome food here. Only thing that they should take care of, is washroom flush which has very less water and after flushing it takes long time to restore the water. Otherwise it's a pretty nice service apartment.

Had a chance to stay at Oakwood Residences for almost 8 weeks, really like the place. Even though place is older and some areas need renovation, the service and staff are outstanding. Rajeev at the restaurant tries his best to get the dishes made according to your taste and spice level. From front desk to room service, everyone tries their best to look after their guests very well.

It is nice place they are provided the good service. Rooms were spacious, it is service apartment. I was travelling on business trip, more suited for a long stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
