I like their service and view of the camp. It was cosy and comfortable. The cultural program was interesting and enjoyable. Zeep safari will be a mesmerizing memory for me and my husband. The camel safari was really enjoyable. I will cherish my memory all along that I created here in Oasis Camp Sam.

Pros The rooms are big. Bedding is cozy They have dinner and breakfast which is tasty Have good night entertainment music and dance Cons If you come in cold weather, the hot water is not 24/7, only available in morning. No toilet paper Quite dusty The jeep Safari and camel safari are a scam. They only take you for about 1 km. After that they ask for more money if you want to experience for more time. Make sure you ask the distance and time for these two safaris

NOTE: Don't opt for their Jeep Safari. You will feel let down. - Rooms - Nothing to rave. Decent, not special. Location - It's where most of these camps are. Food - I was let down, really. They actually served mutton to group which had come through an operator. The food overall was not something to speak of. Service - Nothing to complain of. Average place that you should make sense at the right price.

Good experience, food was really nice which makes it stand out from the rest of the camps in the area. Rest activities generally remain the same through all camps. Rooms and Food are the most important factors when it comes to choosing the right camp in Sam, and I have been to 3 others camps as well in my earlier visits, for me Oasis takes the prize!

Excellent service. We booked a month before our stay and everything was perfect. Our check-in was seamless. Loved it. Food, ambience, jeep safari, camel safari, cultural program, everything was great. I highly recommend them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
