Rooms are not same one that shown in their website or Google Map. Very bad room I get. Very bad room.I booked as in their website by 1600 including tax. But as per my opinion it's worth only 800. AC is not working. Staff was good. Location also good. Bed is not clean. And I informed in room boy, he said we are daily wasing.

My recent stay at the octave church inn Hotel was a mixed experience, blending commendable service with a few notable room-related issues. The hotel's service left a lasting impression. From the moment I entered, the staff exhibited warmth and professionalism. Check-in was swift, and the concierge went above and beyond to assist with inquiries. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and room service was prompt and efficient. The overall hospitality was a highlight of my visit.

Good hotel with one of the best location in Bangalore. Staff behaviour is also good and helpful. Only needs some minor maintenance work to make it more comfortable for guest. Overall it's a good hotel for families and business trip.

Average and budget hotel at the place. Executive rooms are moderately spacious. Receptionist and attendants are friendly, helpful and have good behaviour. Actually this hotel needs some renovation to be looked attracting.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
