Once upon a time it was the best property in the locality. I have stayed before. It was much better at that time. But now misfortune is befallen on property. It looks badly maintained, unhygienic and a ghost of its past. It has become a breeding ground for cockroaches- I had to encounter lots of it. The sight of a good property slowly done to death is very painful to watch. The management might have their own reasons for it. But I am very sad about the present condition of the hotel - slow and painful death.

It was a horrible experience, It was very unlikable to stay. I would request you to not book from this place as you DO NOT get basic necessities like a toothpaste or soap. I would notrecommend this to anyone. Bedsheets are not changed, toilets are unclean. To extend for two hour or so we have to pay for the full day. I mean seriously? I booked it for my guests to stay over, I repeatedly told the receptionist. The reception desk had horrible (mis)communication skills. Nohospitality, cold behaviour, poor services, less amenities. Not a 3star but 1.5star hotel. PLEASE DO NOT book from here. You find such hotels as a scam to the hotel industry because they are catfishing their pics or probably are using the old pictures. As a guest, I felt very disappointed over the service and was not respected as a guest.

The pictures of the hotel r from a decade hotel is old and badly maintenned. There are roaches in the middle of the room. Toilet are smelly. Bedsheets are stained. Becoz I had booked the hotel online regardless of the misinformation I was charged for one night whereas we could not even lay in the dirty bed had to pay for one night checked out the same night even though. Had to book a last minute hotel. And the hotel publishing free breakfast whereas there r no rest in the hotel. Fake advertisement don't fall for it.
