        I am giving 2 stars only because the resort is really beautiful and the location is nice. Otherwise the management is making every effort to make your experience worse. The manager was rude in some instances. Please don't go by the pics as they don't give you an independent cottage but a suite in a villa. The suite was good. But still we expected an independent cottage as shown in photos. Breakfast is very limited especially if you are a vegetarian. They would simply deny giving anything else apart from one 1-2 items they have. So, don't even ask. Overall the experience was very average.

        “During my stay at Olive Brook, the experience was marred by the manager’s consistently rude and disrespectful demeanor. From the moment I placed an order for food, the manager’s response was notably harsh and unprofessional when I made a simple inquiry about its status after 30 minutes. This rude tone continued throughout the stay. Moreover, the room lacked essential facilities, such as a kettle and sufficient toiletries, a shortfall that inconvenienced our stay. Additionally, despite booking for three guests, we were provided with only one water bottle, an oversight that was quite disappointing. When we requested the third bedding for our party, the delay in its provision - coupled with the manager’s dismissive attitude - added to the frustration. Overall, the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior significantly soured our experience and led to a stay that fell well below expectations. This demeanor overshadowed any positive aspects of the accommodation, making it challenging to recommend this establishment to others.”

        worst place to stay. Never come here. They turn the lights off at 9 pm. No hot water supply. No iron. The owner is rude and unprofessional. They don’t have basic amenities in the room like kettle for hot water. No phone in the room. There is one phone number given at the reception at the time of check in. That’s all. Only the staff is nice and polite. Food is tasty but the overall experience is worst that we have ever experienced.

        Very very bad manager controlling this hotel..Very bad service.Hotel facilities were very poor. The bathrooms very bad not clran. No food options and need to go town almost 5 km through very bad road . Location is good but hotel isn't worth for family stay.

        It's away from the main market of Munnar, Old style rooms with varanda and beautiful gardens around. Thomas the manager at Olive Brook is very friendly and such a gentleman.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
