Overall it was a pathetic experience. The linen was very dirty and had bunch of dirty hair. When asked to replace the linen they were not willing to do it. Secondly they are charging for water and not providing bottled water instead providing RO Water. Staff is extremely rude. I regret booking this hotel for my guests.

I am so content with my stay. The hotel's location comes first. Very serene and quiet setting. no sound of a car horn. Just among the trees, a motel. Agoda offers clean, well-maintained rooms at reasonable costs. The personnel are kind, and they quickly resolve issues. The metro stop is a long way off. The A2B restaurant is close to easily accessible food. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit, and I will return and suggest it to anyone who wants a quiet location in the future.

Ac was not at all cold even at lowest temperature. And no fan available so it was always uncomfortable. Tv is there but has no service. I was asked to connect tv to wifi but that also was not working. Cleaning service available only from 1 to 6 pm during my office time, and we need to submit keys in reception in order to get cleaning which I used to forget on most days. Cleaning was also not upto mark. No laundry/food/tea/kitchen service available so you can only rely on swiggy Zomato or go outside for everything. No cancellation available and I had prebooked stay for 8 days so absolutely regretted my stay here ( paying more than 2.5k each day). Better stay in a hostel/pg rather than staying here.

The location is on the interiors which makes it difficult to find. It doesn’t have an in-house restaurant making it more difficult to eat as restaurants are not much around the hotel. There is no view from the hotel. The staff at the reception is friendly. I had a safety concern - someone entered my room when I was not there and I didn’t even provide keys at the reception.

Facilities provided here are simple unacceptable….. Can u imagine a room without hot water , Ac not working properly, no bucket …… Tv not wokring and highlight is they asking us to connect our phone hotspot for tv to work Horrible experience ….. Charges are 3+ Service apartment staff do not inform that checkout is at 11….. Not even board with the timing …… Simple words …. Please do not choose olive for ur stay…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
