This place is pretty decent and very much budget friendly. Although it is around ten minutes walk away from the beach, the place is very quiet and very near to the Calangute market place. The rooms are very spacious and probably the biggest I stayed in Goa. The rooms have really great amenities which include a Refrigerator, an Induction Oven, an Electric Kettle, a Cooking Area, Television, Air Conditioner and a lovely balcony. Although the swimming pool is a little too small, but we didn't need to use it during our stay as the beach was nearby. The washroom was clean and spacious and the overall decor of the room was very eye catchy. The only con of this place is they do not have a restaurant and food can't be ordered from room service. Other than that it was a great stay.

In November 2023,I stayed at Olive Calangute Niwas apartment and had a fantastic experience.The property is not only beautiful but also impressively neat and clean.It is conveniently located close to shops, super market and numerous restaurants, with Calangute Beach just a walk away. The 2BHK apartment we stayed in was beautifully furnished with a catchy ambience.The amenities included refrigerator, electric kettle, sofa,AC, dining table and chairs etc... Bedroom was spacious, with attached bathroom that were neat and clean.The added bonus of balconies, indoor plants and books for reading enhanced our stay. Despite not having an onsite restaurant, the option to order food online was convenient and the staff were accomodating. . The swimming pool was well maintained and added to the overall appeal of the place. Parking was available conveniently opposite the property and there was a nearby bike rental service centre, making transportation hassle free. Climbing stairs to reach the room maybe considered difficult for seniors.We just considered it as a small exercise . The staff's kindness and helpfulness.... excellent 👍. Overall, among the four resorts we stayed at, during our ten-day trip in Goa, Olive Calangute Niwas apartment emerged as the best choice for our family, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Goa.

I had booked 2 rooms, they out of no reason upgraded 2nd room, after which they didn't upgraded the 1st roome nor gave option to degrade the 2nd room as well. Because of that chaos happened between us.. poor service... 2)before booking they gave offer of cash back after 6p days... its been more than 3 months no cash back received nd after complaining they are saying we can't give cash back... useless service... dont opt for this hotel.

It was our best experience in Goa. We lived here for one week. Each stage of our stay was only with positive emotions, starting with check in. Our room was upgraded due to the absence of the studio we had booked. Everywhere is clean, fresh, the complete absence of unpleasant odors. Good and soft linens. Wonderful people work there: friendly, helpful. The first time we left a tip for housekeepers in the room. But no one took the money. The second time we left a tip with a note, to which we also received a nice note in return. Good vibes only. 💫 Thank you for everything, guys ✨

I was excited to stay here looking at the pictures, but as they say " Looks could be deceptive ". Seems like a refurbished apartment with surface treatment. The fit and finish of the rooms was poor.. The locks didn't work comprising the privacy- as for the first timers wouldn't assume that the locking is just for name sake. The hotel manned- yes "manned" for I think the staff is new to this. The Mr reliable security personnel made things little convenient - but we definitely expected better. The lights in the living room needed maintenance - the same was brought to their notice.. We were only provided with 2 water bottles for 3 rooms ( 7 people)..and had to make them realize that it is inadequate. They didn't provide mosquito repellent- we had to buy it from Newtons..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
