Did stay for 12 days in this hotel . Rooms were decent for the price . Cleanliness and service is top notch. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. So I think that's why they don't allow outside food . That's the only downside the food they have is not up to the mark . Needs quite a lot of improvement. They need to rethink their menu it looked quite outdated to me . Since they don't allow no other option inside they should provide decent food. But the location is convenient they have pizza Hut McDonald's a hypermarket 2 other restaurants. If you are a Uber person auto comes in 2 mins car maybe in 5 Overall its a decent place . If you are looking for a place for a night or two and food is not your concern I would definitely recommend this place

Update - Jan 14 2024 Stayed here a second time. The room was much better but I wouldn't say it's a proper 4 star, more like a higher end 3 star. Service and front desk staff are extremely polite and nice. Restaurant food could be better considering the room price and food price. I've given better rating this time but the property can improve in terms of overall facilities. Especially the restaurant food. Original ----- The pros for this hotel are the Uber convenient location and wonderful staff. However the cons far outweigh the pros after that. Rooms are old and much in need of maintenance. The ac was constantly leaking in my room and I had to adjust it to the lowest setting to stop it. The overall dark ambience of the rooms along with the wood paneling just doesn't give off a good clean vibe. But it might just be a visual thing. Room service was good but the restaurant food was not. I ordered dinner and had to leave out most of it due to horrible taste. It's very rare for me. However I am willing to give the benefit of doubt for this one. The restaurant food I tried a few weeks back was actually good and the chicken sandwich I ordered earlier in the same day was great too. Breakfast buffet was okay but by 9 am almost everything was cold and not upto the mark.

Good value for money. Location is right outside Infopark which is great if you have to do business in Infopark. There are a variety of eateries opposite to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and service is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
