Good hotel in a nice location. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Daily house keeping is good. However needs some repairs like closet handle, bathroom taps, etc could be broken or damaged depending on the room you get. Close to the food street in Kalyan Nagar. A 10 minute walk to most restaurants in the area. Bus stop is about 15 minutes walk. Room with breakfast is expensive and could have food in the numerous restaurants around. Responsiveness from staff should be improved. Sometimes have to call multiple times before it gets picked in reception.

I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Nazeer, who provided us with a high level of service and comfortable accommodation in this hotel, helping in resolving any issue. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. For the money this is the best option in my opinion.

I don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. I have stayed here 4 to 5 times and each time they either forget the Ac remote, plumbing issue or the air conditioner does not work. I have had to change the room twice ones cos the Ac was not working on either. It very poorly maintained. There are cocokraoches too in the bathroom. Hygiene and cleanliness is really bad. I have been going there the past 4 months and it’s comes down really bad over this time. The staff is nice though and it’s cheap for the price but the issues don’t give you a peace of mind.
