Reasonable Rates. Clean and tidy place. Nice kids play area Romantic pool Tasty food It was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed a lot. it was very hygenic, Rooms were spacious and comfortable with Romantic ambience. Excellent homely food. The lunch was so incredibly tasty and the friendliness made me feel like a second home! We had a good time in Olives. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a a peaceful , comfortable, heart warming lush greenery stay. Thank you Raji chechi for being a awesome host.

One of the best resorts i have visited. The place was so beautiful and also the food was delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors that left a lasting impression. The staff was attentive and friendly, that enhanced the overall dining experience. Location was close to the near by town, easily accessible with a serene vibe. Highly recommend!

We are a senior citizen couple and usually avoid home stays. But Olive Resort was a home stay out of the ordinary. The room was big and clean. The place was close to the market and Mr Biju (the owner) was helpful and a good guide. He also arranged for our taxi and I must add that the taxi driver was equally cooperative. The food ... ask what you want and they oblige. Ms Nandini, the caretaker, was extremely helpful. The place is very unique. Every block / cottage is differently designed and gives an entrancing feel. The electric sockets were unconstrained and need to be corrected, which I am sure Mr Biju will look into. It was a wonderful stay. The place is worthy of recommendation.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights here. Very clean rooms surrounded by peaceful decor. The facilities are maintained well and cleaned daily. The hosts are very friendly do a great job of making you feel at home. Now don’t get me started on the food - the breakfast is complimentary. The egg masala was adipole/extremely tasty and fragrant. With fresh ingredients used all around. Every dish was extremely tasty. The hosts have great suggestions for activities to do during the day, and can recommend based on your time constraints. The location is 1km from the town and situated on a tranquil treetop.

Overall we had a very good experience with Olives. It is situated close to the the city and it is unique. The room was big and very clean with a good viws to the natures. Car parking is also available inside the resort. Mr Biju (the owner) was helpful and a good guide. The food ... Was awesome😊😊 Ms Nandini, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very cooperative. One of the best resorts i have visited. The place Is worthy for recomendation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
